The "Tuba Satyrica" National Satiric and Humorous Drawing Contest was held for the first time in 2004. It is addressed to artists professionally involved in caricature and satiric drawings, as well as to students of artistic high schools. It takes place cyclically as a biennale.
Each time, organisers propose a different theme. Among issues discussed by artists, are: "Pole a Pole to a Pole", "And yet it turns", "It never rains but it pours" and "Could have been worse". The opening of the exhibition held after the contest at the Artus Court is always accompanied by the cabaret evening.
Organiser: the "Artus Court" Culture Centre.
