The Great Seal:
The Great Seal is a symbol of the self-government authorities of the city of Toruń. The right to use it is vested with the Chief Councillor and the President. The great seal is made of metal, it is round, with 60 mm in diameter, and can be used both with the sealing wax and ink. On the piston there is the crest of Toruń. The circumscription reads: Sigillum Burgensium in Torun (The Seal of the Citizens in Toruń); it is used to affix seals on acts of highest rank and importance for Toruń and can be impressed in both the sealing wax and in ink.
The Seal of the President -
is round, with a diameter of 36 mm, and made of metal. On the piston there is the crest of Toruń. The circumscription reads "The President of the City of Toruń".
The Seal of the Chief Councillor -
is round, 36 mm in diameter, and made of metal. On the piston is the crest of the City of Toruń. The circumscription reads "The Chief Councillor of the City of Toruń Council".
