T he bugle-call of Toruń was composed by Jerzy Bojanowski. It was played for the first time on 29th April, 1926.

The bugle-call may be played during municipal, state or provincial ceremonies in which the authorities of the city participate, as well as during other important events connected with the life of the city. When the bugle-call is played those present must stand, and remain grave and quiet. The colour guards dip the flags. It is recommended that the bugler be dressed in full bugler wear according to the prescribed model. The trumpet is decorated with a special pendant containing the symbols of Toruń.
